This course is intended for 8th grade girls and their moms/guardians. It will be held on two separate dates: September 28th and October 26th, 2024 from 9am-12pm. Attendance at both is required.

During two classes you will learn:
The connection between hormones and health
How to track your cycles
Brain development and changing emotions
Lifestyle choices
Sexual health and STIs
